The TOX®-Modular kit system offers the opportunity to acquire CE-conforming machines ready for operation or to simply assemble them. A safe press which comes up to the standards, needs several additional safety elements like safety guard doors or guard housings. The TOX®-Safety guard door SUT with standardized sectional frame system and protective polycarbonate panel separates the tool area from the operator. The door is already equipped with all control components (electric and pneumatic) for integration in the plant controls. An intermediate stop position is available as option. The height of the guard door is 2400 mm with a standard up-stroke of 1000 mm (as option also 600 or 800 mm strokes are possible) and a width of 800 - 1500 mm (in 100 mm steps). The closing speed is up to 0.6 m/s. It is also possible to order the safety guard door SUT separately as accessory. Special dimensions are feasible. Together with the appropriate three-sided safety guard enclosure SU, consisting of an aluminium profile frame and poly-carbonate panel or perforated plate, the TOX®-Press comes up to all required EU safety standards. The safety guard enclosure SU is individually adapted to the press dimensions. It can also be ordered as separate accessory.
