The client is a renowned foundries and specialist for the lost wax technique. He produces high-quality components that are used by all major OEM's in the automotive, process and mechanical engineering industries. The operations range from the conceptual design, configuration and creation of the casting processs, the coating and finishing to final inspection and packaging of the parts.
The TOX®-MAG-press with the 4-post guided ram assures the precision required by the customer. In addition, various tools can be insert into the press to futher process with the components after separation from the grape.

Drive:
TOX®-Powerpackage type S 075.164.300.20 working vertical with press force 493 kN (at 4 bar air pressure), total stoke 300 mm and power stoke 20 mm.
TOX®-Pneumohydraulic Unit Type KT working horizontal, with 2 hydraulic cylinder HZL 29.101.150 and 1 booster ES 250. With a press force 300 kN (at 6 bar air pressure at the booster) and a total stoke of 150 mm.
Manual two-handed operation or jog operation possible.
